Once our support staff have confirmed that there is a spot available for you, you will be booked your history appointment (60m) or your initial interview (30m).
In order to communicate with our clinic via email, you must fill out and sign our EMAIL CONSENT FORM. Without this form we are unable to communicate with you electronically.
As we work very hard to run appointments on time, we ask that you please arrive on time. If you are attending for an initial interview, please note that this appointment is not a clinical visit, therefore, it will be important for you to continue with your current care provider should you have any pregnancy related questions or concerns arise.
